  I got PAO surgery about a year ago. Before my surgery I was in quite a bit of pain and wasn’t able to do the thing I love the most which is hiking. Now I just got back from my dream trip out west. I was able to hike over 100 miles in two weeks with lots of elevation and sleeping on the ground. I feel great and I wasn’t even sore.
