  Dr Freeman was invested in my situation from our initial appointment. He was quick to answer all of my questions, never made me feel like he needed to rush out to head to the next patient. After our initial meeting, I had a lot of questions before I felt ready to move forward with the “hip,shelf procedure” and each time I called the office to speak with him HE would call me back personally and stay on the phone as long as I needed to talk through all of my questions and reservations about the surgery. He seemed supportive even if I chose not to go to him for surgery and was happy to suggest other surgeons that I may feel comfortable with. I was so impressed with the breadth of his knowledge on this particular surgery and all the research and studying he has done. Every step of the way, Dr Freeman was patient, kind and efficient. When it came to surgery day, he took his time and worked on me for an extra couple hours due to a “surprise” that we were unaware of, it did not throw him at all. He explained everything in great detail to my husband and then again to me the day after. He was even such a gentleman when he came to the hospital the day after I guess my robe was slipping down due to all the wires and tubes and so without missing a beat while he was talking he just pulled my robe upward to keep me covered!!! Amazingly humble, respectful and kind! He was also just as accessible and available post op! Anytime I had questions or fears about how my recovery was going, I’d call the office and he would personally call me back and every time I felt better after speaking to him. I can’t even say enough about how impressed I was overall with Dr Freeman as well as his polite and friendly team!!! I would recommend him to anyone, family member or friend!!! In fact we have sent two friends to him already and my surgery was only 4 months ago! Thank you so so much Dr Freeman and the entire JOI team! We had a wonderfully successful experience and are forever grateful!
