  It’s difficult not to get emotional while writing this review. Dr. Freeman recently performed a total knee replacement on my left knee and I cannot find enough wonderful things to say about not only my results which have already been nothing short of life changing, but of Dr. Freeman personally. Before my surgery I only had about 70 degrees of movement in my knee. Now I am over 120 degrees and I cannot believe how great I feel. I no longer walk with a noticeable limp and I can go up and down stairs like an adult as opposed to a frightened 3 year old. Dr. Freeman carefully explained to me what to expect from my surgery and when I came out of recovery he was there to speak with me again to check on me. His staff has become almost like my family since surgery with the care and concern they have all shown me. I have been in 2 other hospitals in Jacksonville and I am confident when I say that this is the model of what health care should be. Thank you again Dr. Freeman, your staff and everyone at Baptist hospital who made me fee I was the only patient in the entire building.
