  Successful hip replacement I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Freeman, JOI, and Baptist Hospital. Dr. Freeman performed my hip replacement surgery in May 2023. A month after my surgery I had a setback due to severe muscle spasms. My physical therapist suggested that I try to get in to see him just to make sure nothing had shifted. They got me in right away (and thankfully, everything was still perfect). Dr. Freeman and his team answered all of my questions (I had a lot of them) and took their time with me. My hip pain is gone and I’m active again! And I am the envy of my sister and other people who have had hip replacement surgery, because I have a bikini cut scar and not the vertical down my leg scar thanks to Dr. Freeman’s cutting edge training! (No pun intended!) I highly recommend Dr. Freeman.
