  This review will be about my experiences with Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute and my surgeon, Dr. Freeman.
  
  I initially went to JOI about my knee problems, which had persisted for years. X-rays were taken and after a consultation with Dr Freeman, I discovered I was a candidate for double knee surgery. I wasn't ready to take that step yet, so I chose steroid injections and physical therapy. When I stopped physical therapy, the knee problems continued.
  
  I then chose a total knee replacement on my right knee in January, 2025. The results were amazing. Walking shortly afterwards. My physical therapists were amazed at my recovery, starting shortly after the surgery..
  
  I had a 2nd total knee replacement on August 7, 2025. Once again, I am making an amazing recovery. In less than 2 weeks, I have made amazing progress. I attribute my success with both operations to the skill of Dr Freeman..The knee surgery was done so professionally, it was noticeable to the physical therapists and others. All supporting staff at JOI were also very professional. If anybody needs knee surgery in the Jacksonville area, I highly recommend Dr. Freeman.
